A premium summit ticketing application capturing specialized accounting credentials and routing local payments.
Hosting professional conferences requires coordination between ticketing, financial tracking, and attendee credentials. Standard ticketing platforms charge high service fees and fail to capture specialized accounting credentials (such as FCCA or FCA membership numbers). Furthermore, the checkout process must remain fast and intuitive for users registering from mobile devices under high-traffic launch conditions.
The Solution
We built an enterprise-grade event ticketing portal using WordPress, Hello Elementor, and WooCommerce. We scheduled the event using The Events Calendar Pro and managed ticket logic via Event Tickets Plus. We configured a customized checkout form utilizing Flexible Checkout Fields to validate member registration numbers. Payments are handled via Paystack for Events Calendar, generating an automatic PDF ticket and invoice emailed to the user upon transaction completion.

Frictionless Payments with Custom Field Verification
The platform integrates WooCommerce and Paystack with customized checkout forms. This allows Kano's professional accounting members to register for In-Person or Virtual tickets and submit their FCA/FCCA credentials which are validated during the transaction pipeline.
