The Challenge
Velocity's legacy software was powerful but incredibly difficult to learn. Users were overwhelmed by data density, leading to high churn and support costs. They needed a clean, intuitive interface that didn't sacrifice functionality.
The Solution
We adopted a 'progressive disclosure' approach to the UI. By prioritizing critical metrics and tucking away advanced filters, we reduced cognitive load significantly. The new dark-mode interface reduced eye strain for logistics managers working night shifts.
